Adam Casals, the CEO of Casals'Company™,  is an expert with a large experience in the fields of geopolitics and international relations, strategic consulting, tactical management, and communication. He upholds high ethical standards and possesses a strong awareness, advocating for the advantages of merit-based corporate policies, thus fostering lifelong learning, innovation, mentoring, and the culture of effort. 


With a presence in Austria, Switzerland, and Spain, Casals provides guidance to corporate, institutional and public customers and clients across a range of sectors, including geopolitical risk, global organizations and governance, security and defence, biotech industries; accessibility, mobility and public transportation; sustainability, and public diplomacy, among others. Casals takes pride in his extensive network of international high-level contacts within the realms of business, politics and public institutions.


In 2025, he was appointed Member of the Defence Taskforce and the Advisory Board of AEROS, Aerospace & Defence Ecosystem in Catalonia and Spain, as well as member of the Security and Defence Commission at Foment del Treball Nacional —Federation of entrepreneurs and the Catalan industry; member of CEOE, Spanish Confederation of businesspeople, companies and business associations. He also started his contribution to the Militär Aktuell, and Miliz trifft Wirtschaft —DroneNovation & Defence Ecosystem— in Austria and the DACH region. 


In 2024, he was appointed Chairperson for Institutional Relations at the United Nations Disability Network within the Vienna International Centre (UN DiN VIC). Furthermore, Casals cooperates and/or has contributed to the International Council of Barcelona Global, the CIDOB (BCN Centre for International Affairs), the Spanish Culture Institute Cervantes, the Foreign Policy and UN Association of Austria (ÖGAVN), the diplomatic Austrian-German Forum (ÖDLF), Catalonia’s International University (UIC), the Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV) in Madrid, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) in Berlin, Vienna and Madrid, the Universal Forum of Cultures Foundation in Spain, China, and Mexico, the Institute of History at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), the CREAND Foundation in Andorra, and the Club Tocqueville, an organization dedicated to promoting constitutional values and the principles of rule of law in Spain. He also serves as a Friend & International Ally of Alastria, Spain's national blockchain consortium, and IEEE-Blockchain in the USA. His collaborations have extended to the Abrahamic Business Circle in Dubai, the Agenda Pública think-tank platform in Spain, as well as the Prensa Ibérica Group. He has also contributed to the Advisory Committee of the UNESCO International Center for Creativity and Sustainability (ICCSD), as well as to the Salzburg-based Institut der Regionen Europas (IRE). Casals is particularly proud of his service to the Spanish Armed Forces, and his contribution to the Infantry Regiment Barcelona’63. His support extends to the Jeroni d’Argençola Association, devoted to military history.


In 2018, he was honored with the St. Georgs-Orden knighthood by S.k.k.H. Archduke Karl von Habsburg-Lothringen. From 2015 to 2017, he served as the Envoy of the Catalan Regional Government to Austria and Central Europe, with headquarters in Vienna. Currently, Casals is dedicated to fostering better understanding and building bridges in Catalonia, in Spain, and within Europe. He is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French, and Catalan. His newest language will be Polish. Casals regularly publishes op-eds and contributes to various Spanish and international media outlets. He adheres to the Code of Ethics of the Society of Professional Journalism in the US, as well as to the principles of the Concordia Club of Vienna.


Casals contributes regularly to El Periódico (Prensa Ibérica), Agenda Pública, Militär Aktuell, and Medium. Moreover, he has published in several media outlets in Spain, Germany, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, and the USA, and contributed to several radio and TV broadcast companies in Spain and Austria.
