As a young company, we want to set a basis to allow sustainable growth. This also refers to our corporate values, which follow a responsible management style. It is precisely because we are building this project that we have decided from the beginning on a concept of success that we can believe and take pride in. For this reason, our budget includes a modest and reasonable line item in the chapter on Corporate Social Responsibility.

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
Casals’Company™ strives to make a modest but positive contribution to society and the environment. Our corporate DNA includes collaboration with global initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the European Union mentoring program Erasmus for Entrepreneurs or the affiliation with CSR Europe, the European network of socially responsible companies.

International Cooperation
We also collaborate with Barcelona Global and the Círculo de Economia in Spain. The Company also supports and is developing initiatives to prevent discrimination against people with disabilities, as well as specific programs for women, especially related to the so-called Female Inspirational Role Models as well as to the areas of new technologies and digitalization. Furthermore, Casals'Company complies with section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015, to ensure that human trafficking and slavery have no place in its business or supply chain. The Company adheres to the declaration of the Concordia Club of Vienna as well.
Likewise, the Company cooperates with UNICEF as well as with ANUE (Association of the United Nations in Spain), the ÖGAVN (Foreign Policy and United Nations Association of Austria), and the Fundación Obra Mercedaria —belonging to the Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mercy, created in Barcelona 800 years ago under the auspices of the Kings of Aragon—, among other organizations. The foundation is responsible for several social cooperation projects in Southern Europe, Latin America and Africa.
